With the new year Allen and I have made lots of New Years Resolutions. One of them is to not eat out so much/make meals at home. Tonight I was going to make pesto chicken alfredo but we decided to try something new and it turned out great. Allen and I really enjoyed making this together. This is a copy cat recipe of chick fil a nuggets. It turned out really good. If you want to try it I would decrease the salt and increase the pepper. We used canola oil but next time we want to try peanut oil, I think that would make it taste more authentic.
